Mechanism of action & Clinical data
Collagenase degrades structural collagen fibers in a controlled way, reduces tissue stiffness and releases areas of fibrosis and skin retraction. Lipase hydrolyzes the triglycerides stored in adipocytes and promotes the progressive mobilization of lipid content. Hyaluronidase temporarily reduces the viscosity of the hyaluronic acid in the extracellular matrix and increases tissue permeability, promoting the even diffusion of the enzymes. Indicated as an adjuvant in comprehensive body remodeling, reduction of localized fat deposits and fibrotic processes. Subcutaneous administration, only on medical indication.
