Regenerative biotechnology
Gencell®: Age Reset
Two-level facial regeneration with YAC cells and EXOCELL fibroblasts.
Facial regeneration protocol that combines YAC Cells (placenta-derived allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells) and EXOCELL (placenta-derived allogeneic fibroblasts). It works on two levels: it optimizes the cellular environment and reinforces the structure of the skin from within, progressively promoting texture, firmness and radiance.
Composition
YAC Cells: 4 mL solution with 5 million placenta-derived allogeneic Mesenchymal Stem Cells. EXOCELL: placenta-derived allogeneic fibroblasts.
Pharmaceutical form
Injectable solution.
Presentation
Two single-dose Monovette vials of 4 mL each, protected in an outer plastic container.
Mechanism of action & Clinical data
YAC Cells secrete growth factors and cytokines that modulate the tissue microenvironment and sustain cellular homeostasis. EXOCELL fibroblasts migrate to sites of skin damage, modulate matrix metalloproteinases and stimulate the patient's dermal fibroblasts, promoting collagen production and the structural restoration of the skin. EXOCELL is administered by deep intradermal or subdermal injection, with a minimum interval of 4 weeks between sessions and a maximum of 3 sessions per cycle; the indication and dose are determined by the treating healthcare professional.
Indications
Focal full-thickness cartilage defects in the knee of traumatic or degenerative origin.
Administration
Surgical implantation via arthroscopic or open surgery, followed by controlled rehabilitation.
Contraindications
Allergy to antibiotics, joint infections, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or advanced osteoarthritis.
Storage
Refrigerate between 2 and 8 C. Immediate use upon receipt. Do not freeze.
