Regenerative Biotechnology
CTM Biodent Oseo
An innovative product combining mesenchymal stem cell properties with demineralized bone matrix to enhance bone regeneration in the oral region.
Mesenchymal stem cells are recognized for their ability to secrete trophic factors that support bone tissue repair through antiapoptotic, antifibrotic, angiogenic, and mitotic effects. These factors contribute to alveolar bone regeneration and optimize dental implant integration, strengthening stability and the osseointegration process.
Composition
Mesenchymal stem cells derived from placenta.
Pharmaceutical form
Cell-based injectable solution for bone regeneration.
Presentation
Sterile monodose vial protected in plastic container.
Therapeutic properties
Promotes bone regeneration through trophic factor release, angiogenesis stimulation, antiapoptotic and antifibrotic activity, local immunomodulation, extracellular vesicle release, and increased osteogenic markers.
- Alveolar bone regeneration.
- Improved dental implant integration.
- Stimulation of local osteogenesis.
- Reduction of oral inflammation.
- Increase in osteocalcin levels.
- Increase in osteopontin expression.
- Local immunomodulatory action.
- Enhanced bone consolidation.
Mechanism of action & Clinical data
MSCs secrete trophic factors and extracellular vesicles that reduce inflammation, inhibit apoptosis, stimulate angiogenesis, and promote bone formation at the application site.
Indications
Bone reconstruction and regeneration in dental implants, periodontal bone loss, trauma, and oral surgical procedures.
Administration
Local application combined with demineralized bone matrix at the bone defect or dental surgical site.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity or allergy to any component of the formula. Diagnosis of neoplasia.
Storage
Store refrigerated between 2–8 °C, protected from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
